Emelia Brobbey organized “Save The Orphan” musical concert, at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Kumasi way back on May 15, present at the function were actress Mercy Aseidu and husband, Nana Agyemang Badu Duah I, Chief of the Kunsu Traditional Area in Ahafo Ano South District of the Ashanti Region, Vivian Jill Lawrence and Roselyn Ngissah.

 Emelia Brobbey and Brother Sammy performed their collaborated song, “Kae Yen”. During which , Mercy Asiedu and Vivian Jill Lawrence showered monies on Emelia Brobbey and Brother Sammy who  passionately sang to raise funds for Cherubs Orphanage Home classroom block.

The recent submission of a draft resolution by a group of countries calling for the convening of a United Nations conference in 2017 to negotiate a legally-binding instrument prohibiting nuclear weapons demonstrates the strong will within the international community for the elimination of these weapons of mass destruction.

The presidential race has become very hot that some political parties have been disqualified, among those strike out are Hassan Ayariga, Presidential nominee of  All People's Congress (APC), 

 Dr Edward Nasigre Mahama of the Peoples National Convention (PNC), and Kofi Akpaloo of the Independent Peoples Party (IPP).  Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom of the Progressive People's Party (PPP) did not meet the requirements laid down for the election.
