Tony Wadsworth, 68, and his wife Julie, 58, are both good presenters on BBC Radio Leicester and BBC WM in Birmingham, are due to appear before Warwickshire Magistrates' Court on May 11.
The couple have been accused of committing the offenses in Atherstone, Warwickshire between 1996 and 1999 and have since been removed from the air during the criminal process. Mr Wadsworth has been charged with five counts of inciting a boy under the age of 16 to commit an act of gross indecency.Julie Wadsworth, 58, of the same address, has been charged with seven counts of inciting a boy under the age of 16 to commit an act of gross indecency.They both also face one count of committing an act outraging public decency.
